The Goal of Our Children's Ministry:

The Bible is clear that the call of Christian parents is to teach their children the Gospel.  As a church, we eagerly desire to support parents in this effort.  In our Children's Ministry we seek to do much more than simply provide childcare.  Our goal is to provide an environment that is safe and fun, and with the Gospel as the defining emphasis on everything we do.

 

Sunday Morning Children's Ministry

Our Sunday morning Children's Ministry takes place during our 10:00 Sunday morning service.  The following is a breakdown of our classrooms:

• Grace Newbies (Nursing mothers and 0 to 9 months)
• Grace Scooters (9 to 22 months)
• Grace Racers (22 to 36 months)
• Grace Tikes (3 & 4 year olds)
• Light Warriors (K5 & 1st grades)
• Solid Rockers (2nd & 3rd grades)
• Truth Seekers (4th & 5th grades)

Our Curriculum

• Our Grace Racers curriculum is from Gospel Light Ministries
• Our Grace Tikes curriculum is from Faith Alive Resources
• Our Light Warriors through Truth Seekers curriculum is from Desiring God Ministries

Wednesday Evening Children's Ministry

Our Wednesday night Children's Ministry takes place during the Wednesday night service (7:00 pm to 8:30 pm).  Our children our divided up into four groups:  0 to 3 years old, 4 to 5 years old, K5 to 2nd grade; and 3rd to 5th grade.  We also have a nursing/crying room.  Each group has an age appropriate Bible study, a game/play time, and a great craft!
